started now you’ll have it done in time to display for
the 4th of July.

I just want to say that seeing this little flag quilt brings back memories. I made this quilt about 4 or 5 years ago. I made 2, one for myself and one for my Uncle Vince for his June birthday. He was a priest and a vetran of 2 wars. He loved the quilt and when he died last year the quilt was given back to me. I am waiting for the right person to give it to next. Thanks for all your great patterns! I remember how quick this one was to stitch up and I was able to make 2 at a time without getting bored. My quilt of course is hanging up as we speak (for Flag Day & the 4th of July)!

Karen - Thank you for sharing your good memories about your Uncle Vince and the Flag quilt you made for him. It's interesting to know how quilts can fit into your family history. Thanks for the memories.
