Scarecrow Pumpkin Bread
4 c. canned pumpkin
4 c. sugar
1 c. oil (I use light olive oil)

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix pumpkin, oil and sugar. Add other ingredients. Grease and flour pans.
Makes approximately 3 loaves.

Pumpkin Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes (depending on pan sizes)

I couple of years ago I bought a set of dinnerware for Christmas at the time there was only one set and I would really like another. On the bottom says "ZAK designs" folk art santas. It has a santa standing with a tree. Please let me know if I am still able to get one more 4 place setting. I like this one because I collect santas.

Thank, Gena

The Folk Art Santa dinnerware is no longer in production, but you can sometimes find them at:

www.tabletopsectc.com
www.ebay.com
Good luck!
